What the standard service includes
The $59 standard fence packet, plus applicable sales tax, covers one property, one fence project, and one administrative revision. HOA Prep works from information supplied by the contractor and homeowner and from association materials available to them. Deliverables may include a requirements checklist, drafted administrative fields, a missing-item or conflict report, labeled exhibits, and homeowner submission instructions.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate project facts, current documents, and permission to process the materials. The homeowner remains responsible for reviewing every fact, signing the application, paying association fees, and submitting through the required channel. Do not send account passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
Boundaries
HOA Prep provides administrative document preparation—not legal, architectural, engineering, surveying, permitting, or association-representation services. We do not create or alter surveys or technical facts, determine whether restrictions are legally enforceable, or guarantee approval or association timing.
Timing
The 24-hour target begins only after HOA Prep confirms complete intake. Time waiting for missing information, customer verification, or association materials is excluded. Rush or materially complex work is quoted separately before it begins.
Revisions, corrections, and refunds
One customer-requested administrative revision is included. HOA Prep will correct an administrative error we introduced without charge. If the supplied materials show, before preparation begins, that the request is outside the stated service scope, we will refund the standard packet charge. Once preparation has begun, payment covers the administrative work performed and is not conditioned on association approval.
Questions
